The sibling relationship in all its complexity โ closeness, rivalry, caretaking, and everything in between.
How Clinicians Use Them
These decks are flexible โ use them as warm-ups, as the whole session, or as a bridge when a client is stuck.
Pick a card that meets your client
Start where they are. The color bar and keywords help you match a card to the moment.
Read the scenario together
The polaroid front and short story give your client something external to react to โ less pressure than "tell me about yourself."
Move MC to open-ended
The multiple-choice options are a soft warm-up. Once they've settled in, the open-ended prompts invite deeper reflection.
Write, wipe, reuse
Wet-erase markers let you capture your client's words in the moment. Wipe clean and the deck is ready for the next session.

Are the decks tied to a specific theoretical orientation?
No. They're designed to work alongside whatever modality you practice โ CBT, MI, trauma-informed, harm reduction, play therapy, and so on. The cards open conversations; you bring the clinical framework.
Do I need training to use these?
If you're a licensed clinician or clinical student, no additional training is needed. These are conversational scaffolds, not protocol-driven assessments. Use your existing clinical judgment.
Can I use the same deck with Kids and Teens?
Each theme has two editions โ a Kids Edition (ages ~6โ12) and a Teen Edition (ages ~13โ18). Scenarios, language, and artwork are calibrated separately so each edition actually fits the developmental range. If you work across ages, you'll likely want both editions of the themes you use most.
How durable are the cards?
Laminated cardstock, designed for real clinical wear. Wet-erase markers wipe clean with a soft cloth. With reasonable care, each deck holds up to heavy session use.
What's the return policy?
Physical products are non-returnable unless damaged or misprinted. Full policy details are on the Legal Documents page. If something arrives wrong, email support and we'll make it right.
Do members get a discount?
Yes. Members receive 20% off all shop purchases, applied automatically at checkout when logged into your shop account.
Real conversations don't happen on command. These cards are a way to invite them.
