Membership Terms

3.1 Membership Access & Restrictions

• Memberships are non-transferable
• Account or benefit sharing is prohibited
• Membership access and benefits are managed on WordPress via MemberPress
• Store discounts are applied automatically in Shopify when you are logged in to your store account

3.2 Subscription Cancellations

• Cancellation ends access at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused membership time
• All renewals are handled by MemberPress, not Shopify

3.3 Content Access

Membership access includes resources and tools on TheUnderratedSuperhero.com while your membership is active. Benefits such as discounts are available only to active members. When logged into the store, member discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Digital Products

Digital downloads (toolkits, templates, guides, and other downloadable resources) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical access issues, contact support@theunderratedsuperhero.com for assistance.

4.2 Membership Refunds

• Monthly plans: 14-day refund window from initial purchase if no substantial content has been accessed
• Annual plans: Refunds allowed within 30 days of first purchase only
• No refunds for renewals
• Refunds for memberships are handled via MemberPress billing, not Shopify

4.3 Physical Products

No returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or misprinted. If you receive a damaged item, email support@theunderratedsuperhero.com within 7 days with photos. Replacement claims for print-on-demand items are processed through Printify's partner policies.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content, eBooks, infographics, templates, guides, and tools are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited. Violators may face legal action. Shopify images and product photos are copyrighted.
