• Copy, distribute, modify, or resell content without written permission
• Attempt to bypass access controls or use another user's membership privileges

1.4 Account Registration

Some features require a MemberPress account or a Shopify account for purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

2.1 What Information We Collect

Personal information (name, email, payment details, shipping information) is collected via our MemberPress system and Shopify storefront. We also collect:

• Shipping addresses and delivery preferences
• Product preferences and purchase history

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• To provide access to digital products, subscriptions, and physical orders

• To manage membership-linked benefits and store discounts

2.3 Data Sharing & Security

We never sell your data. We only share data with trusted third-party providers including Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and email and shipping service providers. We maintain industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

2.4 Your Rights

You may request deletion or correction of your data by contacting support@theunderratedsuperhero.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails but will continue receiving essential account and order updates.

Membership Terms

3.1 Membership Access & Restrictions

• Memberships are non-transferable
• Account or benefit sharing is prohibited
• Membership access and benefits are managed on WordPress via MemberPress
• Your 20% store discount is applied automatically in Shopify when you are logged in to your store account

3.2 Subscription Cancellations

• Cancellation ends access at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused membership time outside the 30-day guarantee window
• All renewals are handled by MemberPress, not Shopify

3.3 Content Access

Membership access includes the full clinical resource library, interactive boards, and monthly content drops on the platform while your membership is active. Benefits are available only to active members. When logged into the store, your 20% member discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Membership — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our platform. If your Member membership isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans on first purchase only. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.

Contact support@theunderratedsuperhero.com to request a refund. Refunds are processed through MemberPress, not Shopify.

4.2 Digital Products

Individual digital downloads purchased through the Shopify store (toolkits, templates, guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Digital products are available for download for 60 days from the date of purchase with a download limit of 3–5 attempts depending on the product. If you experience technical access issues, contact support@theunderratedsuperhero.com for assistance.

4.3 Physical Products

No returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or misprinted. If you receive a damaged item, email support@theunderratedsuperhero.com within 7 days with photos. Replacement claims for print-on-demand items are processed through Printify's partner policies.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content, infographics, templates, guides, and tools on this platform are protected by copyright. Clinical use with your own clients is permitted; reselling, redistributing, or repackaging the content for commercial purposes is not. Shopify images and product photos are also copyrighted.

If you have a question about usage rights — for example, agency-wide use, training events, or institutional licensing — email support@theunderratedsuperhero.com and we'll discuss.

MemberPress controls membership account access, not Shopify.

11.2 Upon Termination

• Access to digital content and membership benefits ends immediately
• Personal data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain
• Outstanding orders remain subject to these terms

International Users

• This website is operated from Illinois, USA
• International users are responsible for compliance with local laws
• Some features, products, or services may not be available in all countries
• Currency, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility

Communications & Marketing

By providing your email, you consent to receive order confirmations, membership communications, and important account and policy updates. Your communication preferences are managed through Shopify or MemberPress depending on your purchase or subscription.

Newsletter subscriptions can be managed in your account settings. You may opt out of promotional emails but will continue receiving transactional communications. Text message marketing requires separate opt-in consent.

Dispute Resolution

Before legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication with customer support, followed by mediation if direct resolution fails. Shopify transaction disputes must follow Shopify's Buyer Protection and refund processes where applicable.

• Small claims: Disputes under $5,000 may be resolved in small claims court
• Class action waiver: All disputes must be resolved individually; class actions are prohibited

• Log out of shared or public computers

User-Generated Content
