A new tool for the room — and the pieces that make it work.

Bucket Check launches this month — a collaborative tool, a reflection guide, and a clinician guide, dropping together

One thing this month, built out properly. Bucket Check is a simple visual tool for the work you do together with clients — what fills the bucket, what empties it, and what the ratio looks like right now. You and the client build it together; they can continue it between sessions and bring the updated version back to you. It's paired with a reflection guide for the work between sessions and a clinician guide for the work of facilitating it.

Open prompts let the client decide their disclosure level. No accounts, no server storage. Nothing about the tool asks them to disclose more than they want to.

Bucket Check + Companion Materials

A collaborative tool you build with clients in session and they continue between, a reflection guide for the work between sessions, and a facilitation guide for the clinicians introducing it.

Bucket Check

Interactive Web Tool · Clinician-Facilitated · No Login Required

A collaborative web tool you and your client work in together — naming what fills the bucket and what empties it, watching the level shift as the picture comes into focus. Clients can take it home, update it between sessions, and bring it back. Open prompts let the client decide their disclosure level. No accounts, no server storage. Built for the clinical conversation, not for solo exploration — pair it with the clinician guide for facilitation.

Download · PDF · For Facilitating Clinicians

The facilitation piece. When to introduce Bucket Check in treatment, sample language for explaining it, how to debrief when a client brings their bucket back, common patterns to listen for, and when the tool isn't the right fit. Built for the clinical work around the tool, not just the tool itself.

My Bucket Check — Personalized PDF Export

When logged in, a Save as PDF button appears inside the tool. It generates a personalized take-home with the date, both lists, the visual bucket, and the reflection prompt with space to write. Something the client can mark up by hand between sessions, bring back to you, or keep as a record over time. Generated on device — no PHI stored on our end.

Bucket Check is a self-reflection tool. It isn't an assessment instrument, a screener, or a substitute for clinical judgment. Use the clinician guide for context on when it fits and when it doesn't.
