Quick fixes for common issues. If these don't solve it, we're easy to reach.
Try these steps in order:
- Make sure you're logged in — this is the most common cause
- Log out and back in to refresh your membership status
- Try a different browser (Chrome is recommended)
- Clear your browser cache and reload the page
The Resource Library is available to Members and free account holders (for free resources). If you're not sure what your account includes, visit the Tiers page.
Membership access applies immediately. If you're not seeing it:
- Log out and back in — this almost always fixes it
- Check your account dashboard to confirm your membership is active
- Wait a moment and refresh the page
Still not showing? Contact us with your account email and we'll check it right away.
Resources from the Resource Library are not saved to your account — make sure to save files to your device when you download them. To find a resource again easily, use the Favorites feature on your dashboard to bookmark it.
If you're looking for a product purchased from the shop, those downloads are in your Shopify account at shop.theunderratedsuperhero.com.
Try these quick fixes:
- Hard refresh — Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser or device
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere
If it persists, let us know which page is affected and what you're seeing.
The 20% Member discount applies automatically at checkout. If it's not showing:
- Make sure you're logged in to your membership account on this site before heading to the shop
- The shop is a separate Shopify store — the discount is linked automatically but requires an active membership and being logged in here first
- Try logging out of both and back in, then return to the shop
