Membership & Subscription Disclaimers

3.1. Membership Access & Restrictions

  • Memberships are non-transferable.
  • Account or benefit sharing is prohibited.
  • Membership access and benefits (like discounts or CE credits) are managed on WordPress via MemberPress but redeemable in Shopify.

3.2. Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancellation ends access at the end of your billing period.

  • No partial refunds for unused membership time.

  • All renewals are handled by MemberPress, not Shopify.

3.3. Content Access

  • Membership access includes resources, CE courses, and forums on TheUnderratedSuperhero.com while active.
  • Benefits such as free guides, kits, or discounts are available only to active members.
  • When logged into the store, member discounts are automatically applied at checkout through Shopify integration.

Gamification & Points Disclaimer

4.1. Points-Based System

  • Points can be earned through learning activities, forum participation, and platform engagement.

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

4.2. Expiration & Policy Changes

  • Points do not carry over if membership expires.
  • We reserve the right to change redemption values or availability.
  • Shopify purchases may not automatically earn points unless specified in a promotion or member event.

Digital Products, Courses, & CEU Disclaimer

5.1. No CEUs for Certain Courses

  • Not all educational materials include CE credit.

  • Accredited CE courses are clearly labeled.

5.2. eLearning & Interactive Course Disclaimer

  • Courses are for professional development and not for certification or licensure.

  • Completion does NOT certify you to practice as a professional or provide medical/legal advice.

5.3. SCORM & Interactive Tool Disclaimer

  • Interactive or AI-based tools are for self-guided learning and do not replace supervision or professional training.

Refund & Cancellation Policies

6.1. Digital Products (eBooks, Workbooks, Guides)

  • All digital downloads (eBooks, toolkits, CE courses) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • If you have technical access issues, email support@theunderratedsuperhero.com for help.

  • Refunds for digital products are processed through Shopify where applicable.

6.2. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly Plans: 14-day refund if no substantial content has been accessed.
  • Annual Plans: Refunds allowed within 30 days of first purchase only.

  • No refunds for renewals or active usage (e.g., downloaded toolkits, course completions).

  • Refunds for memberships are handled via MemberPress billing, not Shopify.

6.3. Print-On-Demand Orders

  • No returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or misprinted.
  • If damaged, email support@theunderratedsuperhero.com within 7 days with photos.
  • Refunds are not issued directly by The Underrated Superhero LLC for print-on-demand items; replacement claims are processed through Printify’s partner policies.

6.4. Quarterly Kits (Seasonal & Survival Kits)

  • All sales final.
  • Shipping may involve multiple suppliers; some items may arrive separately.
  • Replacements are issued only for defective items.
  • Digital materials in kits are non-refundable once accessed.
  • Annual Premium or All-inclusive members receive Professional Edition kits automatically; Specialty upgrades can be purchased through Shopify.

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
