You can subscribe by visiting our membership page and selecting the tier that best fits your needs. We currently offer four tiers: Basic, Standard, Premium, and All Inclusive, each providing increasing levels of access to resources, tools, and interactive features.

Basic: Access to the Free Resource Center and select foundational tools.
Standard: Everything in Basic, plus extended resource downloads, coupons for guides, and enhanced forum access.
Premium: All Standard perks, advanced interactive tools, exclusive challenges, and CE course discounts.
All Inclusive: Full access to library content, discounted CE’s, exclusive quarterly kits, mentorship opportunities, and premium engagement perks.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you’re only charged the difference (prorated if applicable). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

All tiers are able to see the boards, but content themselves may be tier specific.

Favorites FAQs

The Favorites feature allows you to save resources, guides, and tools you want to access quickly later. Look for the ♥ Save button on file downloads to add them to your personal Favorites list.

Your saved items are stored in the “Favorites page” accessible in the Member Hub. From there, you can quickly access and manage everything you’ve saved in one place.

Yes, you can remove any item from your Favorites list by clicking the ♥ Save button again or selecting “Remove” from within the Favorites dashboard tab.

There is currently no limit to how many items you can save to Favorites. You can add as many resources as you need to keep track of.

The Favorites feature is available to all registered members. Guests without an account cannot save items for later.

By default, Favorites display in the order you saved them. (Advanced sorting and categorizing features are planned for a future release.)

Quarterly Kits FAQs

Survival Kits focus on foundational confidence-building for new addiction counselors, starting with “First 90 Days Confidence.” The Sidekick is our quarterly collection offering specialized tools and systems for counselors at any experience level, with themes changing each quarter.

Professional editions ($49) include 4 facets of content with digital resources and select physical items. Specialty editions ($69) include everything in Professional plus a 5th facet, premium printed materials, and bonus digital resources.

New kits are released four times per year (January, April, July, October) and ship on the last day of each quarter. Pre-orders open approximately 6-8 weeks before shipping.

Each kit includes both digital resources (immediate download) and physical printed materials (shipped via print-on-demand). Content covers 4-5 facets such as documentation tools, self-care resources, client materials, and professional development guides.
