🔹 I can’t access a resource or download a file.

  • Check your membership tier — some files are gated. Look for the Access Badge on the resource card.

  • Still having trouble? Refresh your browser or log out and back in.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome is recommended).

🔹 I upgraded, but nothing changed.

  • Upgrades apply instantly. If you don’t see new perks, log out and back in.

  • Check your Member Hub to confirm your plan and access level.

🎯 Missing Points or Credits

🔹 I didn’t earn points for an action.

  • Points only apply to qualifying actions (e.g., forum replies to discussion prompts, not support posts).

  • Badges may have cooldown periods or participation windows.

  • Visit your Member Hub → Points & Badges section to see what you’ve already earned.

  • For points-related issues, submit a Points Issue Form

🔹 My coupon or CE credit didn’t apply.

  • Check the spelling of the coupon.

  • Make sure you’re logged in with the email tied to your membership.

  • Check your Member Hub or announcements for active CE codes and coupons.

🎓 Troubleshooting CE Unlocks

🔹 I can’t access my CE course.

  • If purchased individually, check your email receipt or Downloads tab.

  • If using a membership coupon, make sure it was applied at checkout.

  • CE access appears in your Member Hub → Courses & Certificates immediately after successful purchase.

🔹 I finished the course but didn’t get my certificate.

  • Confirm you passed the quiz and submitted the course evaluation.

  • Certificates appear instantly via LearnDash or are sent via email.

  • Check your spam folder or return to the CE tab to download it again.
