Welcome to The Underrated Superhero Community Forums. These forums are designed to be a safe, professional space for addiction and mental health professionals to learn, share, and grow. By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Respectful Communication

  • Treat all members with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Disagree with ideas, not people.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language is not tolerated.

2. Professional Use Only

  • These forums are intended for professional discussion and development.

  • Client-specific information should be de-identified and shared responsibly.

3. No Anonymity

  • Please use your real name or professional identity. Anonymous or fake profiles are prohibited.

  • Your forum account is linked to your platform membership; sharing accounts is not allowed.

4. No Advertising or Promotion

  • Promotional posts, links, or self-promotion are not allowed without prior approval.

  • Exceptions include approved resource contributions posted in designated threads.

5. Confidentiality & Ethics

  • Do not share any confidential client information or identifiable details.

  • Respect HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

  • Forum moderators may edit, move, or remove content at their discretion.

  • Repeat violations may result in warnings, account restrictions, or removal from the community.

Forum Access Policy

The Underrated Superhero forums are designed to foster a safe, professional, and supportive environment for clinicians and mental health professionals. Access to certain forums is determined by your membership tier:

  • Basic Members – Gain access to General Announcements and Open Discussions only. These spaces allow all members to connect and access essential updates.

  • Standard Members – Gain access to general forums and core Professional Practice discussion areas. Standard members do not have access to private or specialized support forums.

  • Premium & All-Inclusive Members – Unlock full access, including:

    • Community Engagement & Member Highlights (exclusive member spotlights and interactive initiatives)

    • Private Forum: BIPOC Clinicians (identity-based professional peer support)

    • Peer Support & Mental Health for Professionals (dedicated clinician wellness and resilience discussion)

    • Any special closed forums (e.g., mentorship Q&A, pilot projects, or beta test spaces)

We believe specialized forums add value for advanced tiers while keeping the core community accessible to all members.
