Earn creditsby engaging (forum posts, referrals, logins, more)
View your balance under Member Hub → Points & Badges
🎁 Credits are automatically added each month or after qualifying actions.
🛍 Redeeming Products
Visit the Store and browse resources
Look for “Unlock with XX Credits” on the product card
Click the unlock button and confirm redemption
Your product is instantly added to Guides & Resources in your Member Hub
🟡 Redemption is final — credits are deducted immediately.
📩 After Unlocking
You’ll receive a confirmation email
Your link will appear in the Member Hub → Guides & Resources
- If it’s a download from the store, it will be found in your email and in your shopify past orders.
- If your item includes a CE course, it will also appear in your Courses & Certificates section

Sort the store by “Credits Eligible” to see what’s redeemable
Some redemptions include bundled items — you’ll get all included files
