Blog posts are publicly available to anyone — no account needed.

A free account gives you access to the Free Tools & Kits library, the ability to save favorites, and your own account dashboard. You'll need to be logged in to access free resources — they're not available without an account.

The Resource Library, Member Hub, and content drops are available to paid Members only.

• Log out and back in — this refreshes your membership status
• Clear your browser cache and reload the page
• Try a different browser (Chrome is recommended)

Resources from the Resource Library are not saved after you download them. If you want to find something again easily, use the Favorites feature on your dashboard to bookmark it before you leave the page.

If you purchased a product from the shop, those downloads are managed through your Shopify account at shop.theunderratedsuperhero.com.

Visit the Tiers page to sign up. You can choose a monthly or annual plan. If you already have a free account, you can upgrade directly from your dashboard.

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard under Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again after cancelling.

If you run into any issues, contact us and we'll take care of it promptly.

Log in and go to My Account, then select Payments to update your payment method or view billing history.

Try logging out and back in — this usually refreshes your membership access immediately. If that doesn't work after a few minutes, reach out with your account email and we'll check it right away.

Yes — Members receive a 20% discount on purchases in the shop. To get the discount, you must be logged in to your membership account before heading to the shop. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

The membership platform runs on WordPress and the shop runs on Shopify — two separate systems. This is intentional and completely normal. Your membership account and your Shopify account are separate logins, but your member discount is linked automatically as long as you're logged in here first.
